I used to think that my life could not be lived, because of my body. Yes, I do have two or three kilos that shouldn’t be there. And if I didn’t have them I would be absolutely perfect - in my opinion. That doesn’t change, and I will fight to be as pretty as I want to be. But my life can be lived. Right now. It’s wrong that I’m living half-alive, waiting for beauty: I like myself, I have some friends, I have fun. I used to think that I was ugly, but… I’m not! I’m cute, I could be beautiful, and I will become that. But I’ll stop saying to myself that I’m trying to reach happiness: I am already happy. I’m just going to be MORE happy.
